Description
This operation consists mainly in the removal of the processing admixture from the semi-finished metal products – as the name calls it – this removal is done by using tools that generate splinters. What metal parts (semi-finished products) can be used in this process? Parts obtained from molding, rolling, casting or forging – all of these can be successfully passed through this machining.
Thus, the desired shape, size and quality can be achieved – simply by removing the excedent material, in the form of splints.
