Buffers/Dampers
The buffers are components of an ensemble with role of taking over the vibrations or forces of compression, stretching, torsion moment, etc.
Description
They are made from rubber or glued rubber against metal, having the form and dimensions given by the force ensemble to which they are subdued and by the installation place.
The natural rubber is the most frequently used material (for temperatures between -30ºC and + 70ºC and short displays up to +90°C) but, for special applications there can be chosen other types of rubbers resistant in different environments.
Our company produces various sizes and models of dampers for vibratory rollers (Benford, Bomag, Dynapac, Vibromax, CAT, etc.) For these special aplications, we use a very high quality natural rubber, capable to withstand great compression and shear forces.
